Pool Access
A pool card is needed to enter and exit the pool area. A pool card may be requested from the HOA President, Vice President or Treasurer.
In order to use your pool card, you must meet the following criteria:
- Annual dues must be paid by June 30th of each year
- A completed swimming pool agreement must be on file
- You do not have ongoing covenant violations
- All past due assessments and/or fines are paid in full
Surveillance In Use
For insurance purposes,he pool area is video monitored 24/7/365. All activities are recorded an review, as needed. Violations of the rules below will result in a loss of pool access.
Seven Oaks Pool Rules
Seven Oaks HOA Pool Rules NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY, SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK
This is a family pool, owned by Seven Oaks residents. If you see somebody mistreating your pool, please speak up or contact a board member.
- The pool is a privilege and open to responsible members that are current on dues.
- Seven Oaks HOA is not responsible for injuries or lost/damaged articles
- Keep gate closed at all times
- Children under 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult. An adult is defined as a person 18 years of age or older.
- No diving, running or rough play in or around pool area
- Animals are not allowed in the pool or pool area
- Infants must wear swim diaper
- No public intoxication
- No shouting or loud noises, be courteous of your neighbors
- No smoking inside fenced area
- No food or drink allowed in pool (no glass in pool area).
- Please clean up after yourself. Place all trash in proper trash receptacle
- Persons with communicable diseases or open wounds must not enter pool
- Pool is only for use of residents and guests, when accompanied by a resident. The number of guests should be limited to 2 per family
- Replacement cost for entry key card is $25
- Seven Oaks HOA reserves the right to deny the use of the pool to anyone at any time, if rules are not followed.
- All Seven Oaks Homeowners have the authority to enforce these rules. If you are unable to do so, call the police for assistance.
Reservations
- The pool may be reserved for a $75 non-refundable fee.
- There must be a minimum of 8 people in your party to reserve the pool.
- Reservation will be confirmed with signed contract and deposit
- Contact HOA Pool Chairperson to reserve
- Pool must be reserved a minimum of 2 weeks in prior to date
- Limit of 2 reservations per family, per pool season
- After a reservation, the pool area must be cleaned and trash must be removed from site or a $100 cleanup fee will be charged.
- Pool cannot be reserved on holiday weekends
- Parties will be scheduled with a 2-hour maximum duration
- Only one reservation will be scheduled per day
- Appropriate number of adults (persons over 18 years of age) must accompany children under the age of 16
- Reservations will be posted prior to the event
